UN Sustainable Development Goals

In 2015, all UN member states adopted The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, a blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals are an urgent call for action by all countries and sits at the heart of The 2030 Agenda (United Nations).

17 Sustainable Development Goals: No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Wellbeing, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Clean Water and Sanitation, Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry Innovation and Infrastructure, Reduced Inequalities, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Consumption and Production, Climate Action, Life Below Water, Life on Land, Peace Justice and Strong Institutions, Partnerships for the Goals.

We think that the UN Sustainable Development Goals are also applicable to companies, and should be considered when investing capital. We think that companies can play a large role in addressing many of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals including Reduced Inequalities, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Responsible Consumption and Production, Climate Action. By addressing these goals, many of the challenges we face today can be solved and we can create a more sustainable future for all.
